Delivery and Returns
Delivery
All orders are handmade and carefully packaged by me in my Lincolnshire home studio before being sent on their way.
Current dispatch times can always be found in the announcement bar at the top of the website, as these may vary throughout the year depending on how busy the studio is.
UK Delivery Options
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.55
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.45 (optional upgrade at checkout)
Large notice boards are sent separately via Evri due to their size and weight. The delivery method will always be selected automatically at checkout where applicable.
If you need your order for a particular date, please get in touch before placing your order and I'll always do my best to help.
Packaging
Every order is wrapped carefully in tissue paper and packaged with as little unnecessary waste as possible.
If you're sending your order directly as a gift, simply leave your gift message in the 'Order Special Instructions' box at checkout and I'll be happy to include it for you.
Returns
I really hope you love your order, but if something isn't quite right, please get in touch as soon as possible and I'll do my best to help.
In line with UK consumer law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify me that you'd like to return an eligible item and a further 14 days to send it back.
Please note that:
- Bespoke items made to unique specifications, such as custom sizes or products created using customer-supplied or specially sourced fabrics, are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your item, please contact me straight away so that I can put things right.
